Three Dimensional Therapy

That’s an example of a faulty Core Belief hidden within your subconscious. You can try and override it with affirmations, coaching and other forms of support but often the same problem continues to hold you back. The T3 method addresses faulty Core Beliefs getting in the way, replacing them with empowering Core Belief systems, whether they be created by ourselves, our parents or our ancestors.
Ruminating on negative thoughts are like planting seeds in the subconscious mind. The subconscious acts on these thoughts as true and as they take root they begin to grow into a core belief. These core beliefs, such as ‘lack runs in my family’ can become aligned with a tree taking root in the ground. They can’t be seen but they nourish and feed the other negative statements or limiting beliefs such as ‘I’m not clever enough’ that eventually form the trunk of a tree. These beliefs become a support system of programs like negative branches on the tree such as ‘I’ll never succeed’ or ‘I won’t make money’. Most people have several negative trees rooted in the subconscious mind and they are synonymous with negative results. Of course positive systems will yield positive results, however, negative beliefs may cause blocks to financial success, good health and happy relationships. The conscious mind wants to go in one direction while the subconscious pulls us in another direction.
An important way to becoming more loving of self and others is identifying and releasing deep, faulty mental belief systems that automatically override aspects of our lives. We are more often completely unaware of these deep beliefs. Three Dimensional Therapy provides a simple way to access and address these faulty beliefs and replace them with empowering beliefs.

Using muscle testing the exact phrases of the negative belief systems and the underlying causes can be identified. Magnetic energy placed into the body’s acupuncture system allows the release of these buried beliefs and programs locked in the subconscious.
Again using muscle testing we replace these with an empowering core belief system to create new thought patterns that can facilitate change in relationships, increase finances or improve health.

Three Dimensional Therapy (T3) helps clients who have experienced different types of abuse. It might be physical, sexual, verbal, emotional, spiritual, or any combination. It helps the client understand what happened in the past that is still affecting them today.
An infant often absorbs the emotions of their birth mother and others while in the uterus. Emotions of separation and other traumas that may have happened between conception and adoption can be released. If the adopted child has not bonded with the adoptive parents, Three Dimensional Therapy (T3) can help with the bonding process.
Anger is a secondary emotion. The primary underlying emotion to anger is usually fear or hurt. The anger is a cover-up or a form of denial for the primary emotion. Three Dimensional Therapy (T3) finds the true root of the anger and the Core Beliefs that support it.
Anxiety is a generalized feeling of uneasiness and foreboding. Its source is unclear and often below the level of consciousness. Three Dimensional Therapy (T3) helps the individual identify the original source of their repressed fear(s) that is causing the anxiety or panic attacks.
Faulty Core Belief Systems That Limit Potential
We have pioneered a way of identifying a system of negative programs, limiting beliefs, and a faulty core belief. These occur in a hierarchy from a subconscious level to a more conscious level of behavior. We help the client to identify the source of these belief systems which enables the client to replace them with an empowering core belief system.
The energy you were conceived with is the strongest emotion that you will carry throughout your life. All the information you send or receive from the world in which you live will be laced with this energy. Three Dimensional Therapy (T3) can help identify this energy, and if it is negative there is a process for changing and replacing it.
The Core Desire is the motivating force in one’s life. It is a powerfully deep yearning that often goes unrecognized. We help a client recognize what their core desire is and how it gets distorted. This understanding empowers the client to make effective changes in their life and in their relationships.
We connect with other people through energy cords. Some are positive, such as the love a parent and child have for each other. Other cords can be negative, even controlling and detrimental to another person. Using the Three Dimensional Therapy (T3) method we can identify and safely remove these cords.
Mixed brain dominance and attention deficit (ADD or ADHD) often results when a person is using too much energy to keep emotions suppressed. It is as though their brain divides–part of it is used to cope with today, the other part to repress negative memories. Several clients have commented that they can think more clearly, that grades are improving in school, and they don’t feel so scattered after working with our method.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
PTSD responds very well to Three Dimensional Therapy (T3). Clients who have had physical or emotional trauma have a hard time erasing the images and emotional effects of the incident from their minds. This method helps them defuse the emotional energy from the memory and eliminate any core beliefs that support it.
Most smoking addictions have both an emotional and physical base. When treated together, the addict can usually overcome the habit.
Vanishing Twin Syndrome
The Three Dimensional Therapy (T3) method is unique for its ability to find and treat this. Often, a client is not consciously aware they have lost a twin, but they are still very affected both on a conscious and subconscious level. The Vanishing Twin Syndrome is now being recognized and studied, but it is difficult to treat using more traditional methods.

What can I expect during a T3 Session?
- T3 mostly deals with energy imbalances caused by trapped negative emotional energies and limiting beliefs. Relieving these imbalances often results in an improvement in emotional and physical health. By a process of becoming more loving to self, a person then becomes more empowered to create the type of life they would like to have.
- T3 uses muscle response testing, (kinesiology) and intuition as a way of receiving answers from the subconscious. We start with the outer layer first and work in to the core. The body knows what needs to be done first and the process all allows for as much emotional processing of any internal resistance as necessary to proceed at your pace.
- Beliefs systems are replaced with empowering ones which serve to release us from stuck negetive emotional energy, just like taking out an old computer program and replacing it with a new one.
- Session work can be done using Zoom conference call software (free), phone or equally as well non-interactively by email.
- Before a first session, a small amount of information is required regarding family, living circumstances, any major life traumas and a few reasons why you are coming to therapy and what you wish to accomplish.
- After the session, you wll go through a period of post-processing whereby the new belief system is adjusting within your subconscious awareness. There are no detrimental effects here, only positive progressive gain towards resolving the subject matter of the therapy session.
- It may be the case that more than one session is required to achieve the desired outcome. The work is directed by the client’s subconscious and therefore each session leads to the next like a series of breadcrumbs that serve as signposts to move through for the practitioner.
